UK Shipping
We offer a variety of options for order within the UK. Please check the delivery options available at check out.
It takes up to 5 working days to process your order for shipping, during sale periods, this can be up to 10 working days. Express shipping orders will be prioritised.
We understand that sometimes it is incredibly important to receive your dress for a certain date, and we always want to try and accommodate your requests, therefore if you are out of the time frames specified above please do contact us at info@fancifuldoll.com and we will always try to help!
All items are sent out using signed for service. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received, and then a further email letting you know when it is despatched. Please ensure that the parcel is sent to an address where someone will be in to sign for it.
Fanciful Doll are not liable for any delays with packages once they have been sent, or parcels which are lost in the post.
Please note that for any dress options that are listed as Pre-Order, the shipping time is in addition to the time to make the dresses, please see the description in each dresses product page for information on pre-order dates.
International Shipping
Fanciful Doll are delighted to be able to ship Internationally!
Free standard worldwide shipping is available for all orders over £275.
For orders under £275, please check the price on check out.
Upgrades are available for quicker delivery, please see the options available when at check out. If an option isn't available for your country, please contact us and we can provide the upcharge cost for faster delivery as due to ever changing courier costs, we are unable to provide costs to all countries in advance.
Please note that we are unable to ship by Express delivery options to PO Boxes.

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct address and contact information for their order. If an items is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer and is returned to us, then we will re-ship the dress back to the customer by standard delivery at an additional charge of £30. Any additional charges due to courier costs will also be applied against the order.
Please check information further below concerning customs duties and taxes.
We recommend choosing the express delivery option if a dress is required for a certain date as customs is handled quicker by express shipping couriers than the standard shipping option.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
For orders where a Pre-Order item is ordered a long with one or more stocked items, the stocked items may be shipped immediately if the timeframe for the Pre-Order is over 1 month. In such a case, the Pre-Order item will then be shipped when ready.
International Duties and Taxes - USA
Customers in the US can take advantage of being able to complete orders up to $800 (including delivery cost) before customs tax is applied due to de minimis rules. For orders above this amount, customs will apply, please see further notes below concerning this.
International Duties and Taxes - Rest Of World including Europe
In some countries, there may be additional duties and taxes that will need to be paid by the recipient, when receiving an item from the UK. We recommend checking your local governments website on what import duties and taxes that may be applied.
Where customs is chargeable, your local courier will also apply an admin fee for handling the customs transaction.
Fanciful Doll has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.
We are unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
If the item/s are not collected or the duties and taxes are not paid for after a certain period of time, the item/s will be sent back to the original shipping address. If that is the case, then your order will be treated as a return and you will be issued with store credit only after the item/s are back in our care and in their original condition. Any store credit given will be minus £30 (original shipping fee) plus any return shipping charges applied by the courier (the cost of which is determined by the courier once the item is returned). Additional Express shipping upgrade costs are also non-refundable.
