Returns Policy
UK Returns
We hope you will immediately fall in love with your Fanciful Doll purchase, however it if is not quite right we will assist you with your return.
We accept returns (except for made-to-order styles, accessories or sale items) within 14 days of delivery, for items with meet the below criteria:
- Unworn
- Original packaging
- No makeup marks
- Unscented
- No sign at all that items have been used for photo shoots
All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.
Please note that returning your order is at your own cost, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the goods to us with a trackable service. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
If you receive an item which is damaged, you must email info@fancifuldoll.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale items which are discounted by over 20% are Final Sale. And are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that all accessories are made to order and are not returnable.
International returns (Non-UK)
We do not accept cash returns for international orders. If you receive your item and decide you prefer another style more or need to choose another size of the same dress, you can return the item by notifying us within 7 days of delivery for a store credit valued at the cost of the item (minus a handling fee of £30 which covers the initial shipping and packaging costs). In addition to this any express or super-express shipping fees cannot be refunded. Items must be received back by us within 14 days of you notifying us of a return.
Please note that made-to-order items, Final Sale and accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Sale items which are discounted by over 20% are counted as Final Sale. And are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Made to order styles are marked as such in the description on each product description page.

- Not be Final Sale, made-to-order or an accessory

Returns will need to be marked as Returned Goods on any customs forms to ensure no additional duties are applied on the return. In the event of incorrect customs documentation any charges as a result of this are applied to the sender.
Store credit is issued when the original item is delivered. Please note that we only allow one return for credit per order.

Return Instructions
1. Email info@fancifuldoll.com within 7 calendar days of your order being delivered. Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
Tell us the item that you would like to return/exchange and why.
Size exchanges are subject to availability. We will try to help you get the size that you request, but if unavailable, store credit will be issued.
2. Receive your return information.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your Fanciful Doll item. Returns must be received within 7 days of return approval for UK orders and within 14 days for international orders.
Refunds
Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment or as store credit as applicable. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in an alternative size, as long as the new size requested is in stock or we have the ability to pre-order for you. This does not apply to Final Sale items or made-to-order. Should you wish to receive a different style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund/store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed due to fees charged by payment providers which are non-refundable.
